John's team of collection experts exemplifying integrity and total commitment to the community. John is a member in good standing of the American Collectors’ Association, the California Association of Collectors, the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce, and the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Bakersfield.
Comptroller/Liaison – Patricia "Pat" Fairbanks, has worked at all levels in BCCS for forty years. She is known and well respected in the Bakersfield and San Luis Obispo business communities.
VP of Customer Relations and Marketing – Scott B. Wills, has an extensive background in business to business customer service. He joined BCCS in 2008 as their new customer liaison.
Office Manager, Bakersfield - Lisa Eovichov. A Lifetime Bakersfield native, with extentsive business relationships. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2005.
Marketing Director, Bakersfield - Lou Blanton. Has 24 years of credit collection industry knowledge with 12 years experience at BCCS. Lou specializes in Medical, Commercial, and Retail customers relations.
