Debt recovering becomes less likely the longer you delay action. If you haven't succeeded in collecting within 90 days it's imperative that you take action to recover what you are legally owed. Contact BCCS at getmymoney@bccsmdab.com. We'll review and recommend your best course of action quickly.

Does BCCS have in house legal services?

Yes, In-house legal is a critical component of our low cost collection strategy. We include legal services at no additional cost to the client on all collection accounts.

Does BCCS have bilingual agents?

Yes, Both Bakersfield and San Luis Obispo has Spanish and English speaking agents.

Which office should I use?

Both San Luis and Bakersfield offices are under the same management. Please submit your request for collection to the office of your choice.
